Welcome! A Little Bit About Me

My name is Nova! I am 1 year old and my birthday is April 20th! My mommy, Brittney, got me on June 1st, 2016! We have been together a little over a year now and I already have done so much fun stuff. My mommy and I go hiking... A LOT. The first time we went I was only 8 weeks old! My little legs could barely keep up so after a little while I got picked up and held the rest of the way... This is when I first realized how much I LOVE naps! I nap all day long while mom is at work, and when mom gets home from work, I cuddle up on her bed and nap until it's time for the super long nap that mom calls "bedtime". This is my favorite nap time because mom lets me sleep on the bed and I sleep right by her head, sometimes I even sleep right on top of her. I know mom loves it.

Mom and I also go fishing together, we love it! I swim and sometimes I even find fish in a bucket set out just for me! One time, I took a fish out of mom's bucket and we played tag! Mom finally got me and grabbed the fish from my mouth, she called me "bad dog" whatever that is supposed to mean, then we went to my Grandpa Brad's house and my Grandma Julie cut up the fish and cooked them. Don't tell anyone, but Grandma Julie snuck me a few pieces under the table, turns out, I love fish!

Another thing that I love to do is go to the river and swim. My first time at the river was pretty scary, but now that I know how to swim, my mom takes me almost every day! Sometimes, we go with my friend Vega and her mom, Harlei. We always have so much fun and play all day. One time, we played so hard that I dislocated my tail and I had to wear a cone. That was not fun. Luckily, my mom bought me a big bone and it tasted so good I forgot all about the cone on my head. I love my mom, she is the best mom ever.
